Recertification Exams

The following information is provided only for the physicians of other collaborating Member Boards of the American Board of Medical Specialties. We administer these exams to their diplomates. We have transitioned to MOCA 2.0 for all ABA diplomates with current certificates.






    Critical Care Medicine (CCM) Recertification Examination


    American Boards of Emergency Medicine and Obstetrics and Gynecology
    The CCM Recertification Examination is a four-hour computer-based exam that consists of 200 multiple-choice questions, each with a single best answer. All 200 questions must be answered. The exam is designed to evaluate the diplomate’s knowledge and clinical judgment in all areas specific to critical care medicine. We administer the exam annually at Pearson VUE testing centers.
